About Us:
Pastor Luis Mata completed his Seminary in Guatemala, focusing on Theological Studies. He also holds a Master of Divinity degree, which he completed in California. He, alongside his family, has served in various capacities in ministry, from working with Worship Teams, Youth Groups, Men/Women Groups, to serving as a teacher, and assisting with benevolence ministries. Pastors Luis and Dorine have been married for 26 years, and have 4 children, who are of greatest support to the ministry of Iglesia Vida. The Mission of Iglesia Vida: Our mission at Iglesia Vida is for everyone to come to know Christ. We want families, marriages, and homes to be reunited and restored through the love of God. We want people to become a part of the body of Christ and form a relationship with the Holy Spirit in all fullness, so that they can reach full potential in their ministries - all through the forgiveness and mercy of Jesus and Salvation. Iglesia Vida believes that the Church is a true place of refuge for those that desire to seek God. We believe that the love of Jesus Christ is able to heal all sin, and is able to restore the mind and spirit of all of those that are in Christ and believe in Him.
